As the title says, I'm urgently looking for someone to fill my spot and move into Central Courtyard accommodation (the building to the left of the Central Courtyard building). I have a contract that lasts until December this year but my circumstances have changed and I'm going to be leaving early. I'm urgently looking for someone who can take my spot within the next few weeks.

Rent is $526 a fortnight ($263 p/w, all bills inclusive). The position is for a twin-share room, meaning you will have a roommate sharing the same room as you.

Bedroom area - King single bed (very comfortable) - Wardrobe with full length mirror - Desk & chair (there's also a pinboard on the wall and overhead storage) - Shelving, storage, cabinet (doubles as a divider for privacy between roommates) - AC/heating (the most reliable AC/heating I've ever had) - Large openable windows

Bathroom ensuite - Shower (the temperature control and water pressure is always reliable) - Toilet - Vanity

Kitchenette - Induction stove - Convection microwave - Fridge freezer (this fridge is magical and keeps food fresh for insane lengths of time) - Dining table and chairs

I highly recommend this facility to all students. It has been such a wonderful 1.5 years and extremely convenient. There is a great sense of community and free events for residents to participate in nearly every day. You get a free membership for the Sports and Aquatic Centre on campus as a resident, as well as a number of discounts for campus eateries. There are so many study spaces and common rooms available, and everything is kept very clean (the bathroom and kitchenette areas of the room are cleaned fortnightly). There's also a shared laundry area available for use. Any issues are resolved efficiently and the place is very safe with 24/7 security.

To be eligible for CC Accom, you need to be a Macquarie University student. Full time or part time, both are eligible. I depart from Sydney on the 11th of July so I really am looking for someone urgently.
