Name of app that puts dock on right side and shows all open instances? (e.g. Chrome windows)

Post Body

Per the title, there was this productivity app that I was using on my M1 Mac in 2022 that allowed me to have all the windows of each application open in this additional vertical "dock" that was on the right side. e.g. it would show all open Chrome windows, and I think there was a hover preview of the apps opened.

I recall it was a subscription-paid tool, and it greatly made navigation simpler (was not ubar)

Would highly appreciate if someone knew the name of this tool
