Why do you prefer MacOS to other OS?

As a Mac user I love it but I never understood the “it just works” I never had a windows machine that didn’t just work either. No issues. I just happen to prefer Mac for the look and integration and the fact that that I like the machines better.
But I always bought higher end laptops with windows and never got viruses or anything because I don’t install or click shady stuff.
Not trying to hate but still, I never really had major issues with either. They both freeze from time to time though
