Game thinks im Goku after he learned Instant Transmission

So i opened the game today after idk how much time, and as the title suggests, my character just teleports all over the place. i literally needed one hour to finish Formor Attack like wth. Also for some odd reason on game opening it used like 95% of my GPU? which is way too far from normal considering I have a RX 5700 XT which runs GTA Online in high graphics. Anyone else got the problem or maybe solved it?
