Communicating with customer service via email is becoming super frustrating. Does anyone have a phone number for them? I just placed an order for my bike two days ago and I'd like to cancel my order and get a refund immediately, I'm getting the run around. Policy states that I have to pay a $250 fee if it's already at the warehouse and I'm trying to avoid that. Nobody is helping
