Need help claiming

So I got the m2 Pro on the initial launch cashed out when everything was at a decent price didn’t really lose. I noticed the other day price of MXC was going up so I decided what the hell let me get this piece of shit miner out of the closet and hook it up I filled up the tank it’s been a few days minors online. Everything is fine but I cannot claim any rewards. Every time I go at the proper time to claim rewards. It says generating only thing in my fuel tank is my xmxc
