Looking for a game with a class/job system similar to ffxiv/FF in general

What the title says. Swap a class, level it independent of the others, no penalty to switching (a la iron realms where it's going to cost you money).
Not being restricted on the timing of when you can swap would be good. Going to do group content and going "well we've got a tank and four dps, hey, swap to healer" not being an issue would be awesome.
