Hello. I recently did a gene mutations on Nutrahacker. I currently have depression and anxiety and I'm trying to figure out how I can improve that with supplements. I'm not sure what I'm suppose to take, one gene suggest taking methylfolate and another suggests avoiding it samething for methyl b12. If I'm trying to improve these things without messing up my health I would like to be able to do that. But I need help understanding it and what I should take and avoid.
