Histamine reaction? I have both C677T & A1298C MTHFR mutations. Started both of these supplements 9 days ag. 2 of active B complex and 10 drops of D3 +K2. A few days into active B (delivered first) my allergies are going crazy. I've cut out food with folic acid. Is this a histamine response?
