Finally have 400 purps..worth it right now?

Looking at the mythic/masterpiece cards for Ixalan and I'm just not thrilled with the selection. There are a few great cards in there, but I'm afraid in gonna end up with a super that changes a couple gems to my color or something equally common. So question in the title; what am I missing here? Is it worth spending the purps on this set?
