Matchmaking still bad; is it on their radar to fix?

I've learned to live with it at this point, but there's still no reason my level 12 Gideon should be getting matched against waves of level 60 opponents. Decks aside, just from a mana matching/abilities standpoint he can't keep up. Does anyone know if they have plans to revisit this at all?
