Building into UWr Delver

I'm contemplating getting into legacy and of the decks there are, UWr Delver is what I like the most. That and UR Delver. The way they play is the style of magic I enjoy.
What I'm curious is how they're currently positioned. I watch SCG and such so I have some idea of how legacy is at the moment
Also, I'm hoping one of you will be able to link me to an article (SCG I think) where the writer showed a process of building into a delver deck, starting with cards like snap and such
