Rockshox Monarch RC3 - repair or replace

I have a 2013 Stumpjumper that I got used and had been upgraded with a Rockshox Monarch RC3 shock. I’m 210# and I almost max out the shock just pedaling they bike. I tried to pump it up to adjust and it wouldn’t hold air, just slowly watched the gauge go back down. Is this shock beyond repair? Can it be rebuilt? Or do I need to buy a new one?
