Two vs four piston brakes for "Snow duro" fat bike

Post Body

I'm racing a winter Enduro race and have been trying to decide what brakes to put on my fat bike. I have both in my parts bin so it doesn't cost me anything (slx 2 piston vs Zee 4 piston).

My initial thought was to go for more power because I'm basically racing downhill. My second thought was that in the snow the traction to utilize the extra power maybe doesn't exist. My 3rd thought was that fat bike wheels and tires are bigger and heavier and may take more to slow down. My 4th thought is that the zees may have better modulation which may be a plus regardless of power. People who have had time on both, what did you prefer? Is the extra power relevant for this use case or do you just run out of grip long before you run out of braking power? I have generally been happy with 2 pot brakes for fat biking but this will be my first time doing any downhill biased fat biking.
