Long travel setup tips for smaller riders.

Hey! I have trouble gathering comprehensive, succinct info on what the best full suspension/bike setup tips are for someone of the likes of me. It's easy to get sucked into the blanket statements of what is the stiffest or most supportive or compliant or plush or WHATEVER setups out there, when certain things don't always work best for everyone. For example, even though I ride steep hanky big stuff sometimes, I still don't need all the stiffness a Fox 38 has to offer. I'm looking for what the general principles are of what typically tends to benefit riders on the lighter side of the spectrum, such as different types and tunes of suspension setups, bike geometry, etc. I have raced enduro for about 3 years now, so just wanting to identify what the best things to ignore and capitalize on physiques like mine:

I'm almost 5'10 and 150 lbs naked, and thus consider myself somewhat on the smaller side. I'm relatively strong, with an athletic build and longer torso though, so I have an easy time manipulating bikes longer than my height size measures in at. I enjoy a variety of terrain.

Larger vs smaller volume air shocks. Air vs coil. Tokens vs no tokens. Anything.

Thanks!
