Second guessing the MT

Post Body

Never posted on here but I’m hoping to find some guidance. I love my mt and it’s given me everything I thought I needed out of bike. But after “dailying” my roommates super sport, I’ve found a new love for the more aggressive riding position and am left in a predicament. Should I ditch her for a super sport or do everything I can to make it more aggressive ex. Woodcraft clip ons. Further back rear sets. Any advice is welcomed

Nothing wrong with switching teams. Tastes change and you can always come back to naked/more upright bikes.

I personally wouldn't put clipons on the MT. If it's anything like the street triple 675 I rode with clipons it was very strange because it was in this strange no-mans-land attempting to be like a daytona. So if you love the cp2 i'd just switch it out for an R7.

Also I'm in the same boat as you man as I will be switching to a hayabusa at the end of this year after daily-ing a mate's one. Will I miss my MT? probably. I'll miss ripping and clutch dumping 1st and 2nd to lift the front like a moron. But I'm fine with it because I know I can always come back :)

Also when putting clipons they can hit the tank on full lock turning so there's all kinds of issues that can happen.

Oh man the zx6 is such a cool bike. They're so so so good
