Taxi Maximum Fares (Repeal) Bill 2019

A BILL TO

Repeal the Taxi Maximum Fares (Children and Elderly) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2017.

BE IT ENACTED by the Queen's most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

1: Repeal

(1) The Taxi Maximum Fares (Children and Elderly) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2017 are hereby repealed.

(2) Maximum Fares set by those regulations shall no longer be enforced in law.

2: Commencement, Extent and Short Title

(1) This act shall come into force immediately upon Royal Assent.

(2) This Act shall extend to the whole of Northern Ireland

(3) This Act shall be known as the Taxi Maximum Fares (Repeal) Act 2019
