So I have a weird situation going on right now, I’ve had a curved 24” monitor for about 5 years now. It was working fine I left the room and came back to a black screen. I shook my mouse and the image was just the msi logo and it was blue then the whole screen faded to black. Since then I can’t get it to show anything. I’ve tried a different display cable and a hdmi. I tried plugging it into a laptop and it showed nothing. I can tell there is still a light on behind it and it blinks. But there is no image. No msi logo when it turns on and I cannot open the settings on the monitor itself. Does anyone know what’s going on? The only thing I haven’t tried is a different ac adapter or power cable because I do not have one but I don’t think that’s the issue since the monitor still has power and is showing a flashing backlight.
