Do the MSI MAG Tomahawk DDR4 with the ALC4080 audio codecs have issues?

I'm looking at the MSI MAG DDR4 TOMAHAWK WiFi for my 12600K build but I've heard stories of frustration surrounding the ALC 4080 Audio codec that it contains.

Issues like random static noise, audio not working at times, pop noises etc.

Any of you facing them?

Have these issues been fixed?

I really like this motherboard but this audio codec is the one thing that is making me hesitate.

Also if you have any alternative recommendations for a ddr4 z690 wifi motherboard with a high quality and reliable audio codec, please do share.
