MSI Trident X loud fans?

Hello, just wondering if anyone else has a Triden X? Ive got the 3080 RTX 10600k variant, and i've noticed really loud fan noise coming from it, this is my hardward monitor the fans being at 1000 rpm is clearly the issue, sometimes ive seen them go past 1800 rpm and ive read about fan curves etc, but never done anything like that before, so any tips would be great.
Edit: ive done this so far with trial and error and it seems to have reduced the noise by a ton, does this look reasonable?
