I have an MSI X670e Gaming Plus WiFi in a Corsair 4000D Airflow. The case jack connected successfully to my previous Asrock B760m PG Lightning with no issues. I ran Microsoft troubleshooter and it returned an error related to audio drivers. I reseated the case cable, installed the chip set drivers, did a clean install of audio drivers from MSI's product page, tried working in the Realtek audio app, but it ended with the app stating my machine is not supported. I uninstalled and reinstalled the audio drivers, retried the Realtek app, and ended up with the same result. I can plug my headset into the rear IO panel's set of tricolor 3.5mm connectors and get audio output. But when I go through my case cable, I get nothing. I don't know if this is a Microsoft support question or an MSI support question, but I saw this sub and decided it was as good a place as any to ask.
