I've had my pc for about 6 months now, and I went to turn it on just now, and it booted to BIOS. I tried exiting and booting again to no avail, BIOS again. I already have windows installed.

My specs are as follows:

AMD Ryzen 5 5600G CPU

NVIDIA RTX 2060 GPU

MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX II Motherboard

16GB DDR4 RAM

I'm a rather new pc owner, so I have no idea what to do. I've already tried booting to CSM as opposed to UEFI, but that took me to a different screen where I once again was at a loss.

Any help is much appreciated.
