MSI GF65 THIN - i7/2060/16 GB RAM

Hey guys,
I recently purchased a GF65 THIN, and noticed after a few weeks that there's some horizontal tear on the screen. I've never seen anything like this before. I did a fresh install of windows, 3 times, and yet nothing. Additionally, it doesn't show when plugged into a monitor.
Anyone have any tips? Is it a know issue with the card?
