Need Help with my GS 66 Steath

I just got an MSI GS 66 Stealth with and i7 10750h and an RTX 2070 max q and have been having a few problems. First Star Wars Battlefront II and a few other games are running at like 10 FPS, I was wondering if anyone could give suggestions on how to fix it. Second when I play games like valorant the GPU is pegged at 100 and the CPU is at like 30% utilization, is the CPU really that bottlenecked or is one of my settings wrong. I was hoping you guys could give me some suggestions on how to get increase cup performance.
