MSI gs63vr screen unviewable?

The contrast or something is off on this laptop because the viewable angle is only within 3-4 inches. Only time I can remember seeing a screen that was so hard to view is privacy screen covers you have to be directly in front of the screen to see. It’s mostly the vertical view angles, I have not found a angle where I can view the top and bottom of the screen clearly at the same time. Is there a update, recall or solution?
