Hello all, very simple problem (hopefully)

I own a 6S65 stealth thin laptop, with the GTX1070TI and a Intel core I7 8th Gen processor.

Whenever I try to play any processor intensive games, my fps goes to absolute potato levels.

The 2 examples I will use are minecraft and Arma 3. Even with the lowest settings possible and mods to lower these settings into an eyesore, my fps doesnt get above 30 when staring at the ground.

Any ideas on how to fix this? I couldn't find anything online so any help would be appreciated.
