Msi gs65 8rf battery no longer says "plugged in no charging"

I've posted this a few times and I'm just curious why it still does this. I'm having no problems with the machine I am just curious as to why when I'm plugged in gaming it charges to 100 percent instead of dropping mid 90s?
I WANT it to say "not charging" instead of charging to 100... does it have anything to do with the fact I've had this over a hear and have never calibrated or anything?
