“Plugged in not charging” no longer shows up on gs65-8rf?

I’ve been noticing that my laptop will just fully charge and sit at 100% and not stop at the 92 or 93 that it usually does and says “ plugged in not charging” is there any reason why this is? Or is there a way to keep my battery from charging let’s say, past 80%? I tried to look in dragon center but i don’t know exactly where to look, doesn’t seem like there is anything. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
