Throttle stop settings for gs65 2018?

Hey guys, i remember someone tagging a link in here to an article sometime ago that someone wrote about their throttle stop settings for this laptop. He had 3 profiles one was 2.0 ghz, 3.0 and i think 3.9 or something. Was wondering if anyone knows where to find such a link? Or if someone could ELI5 how to change my GHZ on my CPU. With my turbo turned off and current TS settings Iām at 2.2 but Iād like to at least increase it to 3.0. Any info on how to do this would be great, thank you!
