Throttlestop set up for gs65 for best performance to heat ratio?

I know this has been prob submitted a lot but I cant seem to find a post right this second. I have heard people here before mention that they prefer throttle stop over XTU, and ahd XTU seems to use a bit more ram. I am going to use throttle stop but can anyone their their settings on their gs65 for the best performance and core multipliers, whatever they are called? Thank you :)
