GS66 Stealth 11UE Stuck at MSI Logo and Fans going Crazy

So my brothers laptop was stuck on the MSI logo for quite a while, asked me to take a look at it, I replaced the M.2 Drive with a new one thinking it was the issue, at first BIOS took the new M.2 and I was able to install Win 10 and left it as it was for the night. This morning I was going to install all necessary drivers and now it's doing the same thing. I tried accessing the BIOS to see if the laptop can still recognize the new M.2 Drive but I can't even access BIOS and the fans are just going haywire.

Has anyone else encountered this issue?
