Is there a way to retain some data in a form after entering it into a table?
Post Body
Super noob to Access so forgive me if this is obvious or confusing, but I've created a form to enter pH test results into a table of records, pretty standard. One of the fields though is "Testing Date", which would be the date I ran the pH tests. Because I'll test maybe 15 or 20 samples a day, is there a way to keep my "Testing Date" value in that field after submitting the data so I don't have to keep re-typing the same date for every sample?
Solved! Learned some very basics of VBA and then found this post and so far it seems to work well. And along the way I learned a little VBA finally which should be handy in the future. Thanks all!
