Noob here. Can’t figure out how to add a new shared table..

I feel so silly asking this question but I cannot for the life of me figure this out. I added a new table in the backend of the program on the server, but it doesn’t show up in the front end of the program, so I exported it into the front end database and it keeps showing as a local table.
The way I had it set up before was with all of my tables I split the database and that’s on the server now. Here’s how the new table looks on the front end. Can anyone please help an inexperienced individual out? Thank you so much.
