anyone got a really dialed in Cura setting for miniatures?

I have had great luck the past few weeks printing terrain and now I want to try with some minis. I am using a .3mm nozzle but im unsure what settings to change from my .4mm and what works best for the best detail.
Also does anyone use the .0437 layer height? I am afraid it will get clogged.
