I legally changed my name almost 2 months ago. I have been repeatedly trying to update it with Mohela since then. They have an online form to upload documents...it doesn't work. I've tried over and over again. Tried pdf, jpg, png, tried on multiple devices. Sent them many messages, repeatedly told to upload through the website. Bruh, I can't, it won't let me. Called. They said to mail stuff in. I mailed in documents weeks ago, name still isn't updated. Messaged to check if they recieved my documents and was told to upload documents online.

I'm really fed up with being in this big loop. And you think they would be more concerned with me having the right name on my loans.
