Hi! My name is Andy and I’m an amateur photographer based in Manhattan. I have been doing photography as a serious endeavor for about 1.5 years. I am looking for models who would be interested in collaborating for TFP art/beauty shoots. I will be very upfront in that I am not a fashion or test shoot photographer - I am not looking to put someone in front of a plain-colored background or white wall, in a cyclorama, etc. I typically shoot outside or in interior spaces like apartments (not mine) listed on Peerspace. It’s a bit difficult for me to find people to shoot with since New York is a very fashion photo focused city, so I thought I would try my luck here, though I do understand that this sub is primarily for agency modeling.

I will also get some other items out of the way quickly:

-I am not looking for nudity!!! Yes, it is in my portfolio but it is not my primary focus and I prefer to be able to post my work on Instagram. Any wardrobe choice is up to you!

-I will pay for the studio/location costs

-Feel free to bring a friend/escort if it makes you feel safer

-Shoot time would be about 2 hours

-Typically the studio/location is in Brooklyn

-I can only shoot on the weekends because I have a 9-5 job

-After the shoot I will send you a selection of about 30 photos in case you want to choose any that you especially like for final retouching

-Depending on the condition of your skin, and what you choose to wear, my retouch process can take about 2-3 hours per photo, so I will do final retouches on probably at most 10 photos

-What do I mean by art/beauty portrait? To me these are photos where the setting is given almost equal weight to the model, and a lot of attention is paid to light and color (I don’t do black and white)

-Once again this would be TFP only and any wardrobe and makeup choices would be up to you
