I'm a 21 year old guy and I have gotten compliments on my appearance for years. I have a friend who, through work, met a photographer in the city of Boston who has connections to some of the top modelling agencies in the city. My friend showed this photographer a picture of me and he wants to set up a quick photoshoot this weekend so he can send my pictures to these aforementioned agencies, in hopes one of them wants to bring me in.

I have never thought of going into modelling as a career and I don't think it interests me even now. I have an internship starting tomorrow and I'm looking forward to it. Modelling is something I want to do on the side.

I want to know what I can expect from this, I don't plan on signing a contract or anything, but there could be some other pitfalls I'm unaware of. Any risks I should be wary of? Or just advice/things to expect in general would be appreciated.
