After a long and exhausting campaign fighting for the former left stronghold. TheAudibleAsh makes a final pitch to the constituents of Manukau and New Zealand with a final speech attended by the National press at Manukau Bus station.
Ladies and Gentlemen, itβs been an honour to campaign in the multicultural, vibrant electorate Manukau and to campaign around the country as a list candidate for National. First Iβd like to thank the community within Manukau for being hospitable towards me and the campaign team. I even had a discussion with people intending to vote for labour or the greens during the campaign period. Our conversations were civil and constructive and not aggressive or patronising. Secondly I would like to thank all volunteers and the New Zealand Young Nationals for contributing to the lengthy and tireless campaign, without you guys there is no National party. My campaign around New Zealand wouldn't be possible without you guys. Finally I would like to thank the National parliamentary team, especially Sir Fresh and FinePorpoise for striving to make the New Zealand a better place for all by ensuring everyone to be treated equally regardless of factors like race, gender or sexuality and by showing economic leadership with striving to implement policies that supplement strong and stable economy. The greens are the party for militant thuggish unions, promoting rape culture in prisons, crimes in general and poor economic leadership. The National Party besides the TOP is the party you can trust to keep your communities safe and to manage the economy in a sensible manner.
To my fellow opposition candidates in Manukau; shame on you guys for not being accountable to the people of Manukau by being inactive in the campaign trail. The people of this electorate need to know what you stand for. However I wish all candidates New Zealand wide the best.
Give National the Two Ticks.
