This morning, Prime Minister /u/Fresh3001 visited a cannabis dispensary and bong store in Whangarei. The store, called âThe Bong Bazaarâ, was owned and operated by the married gay couple /u/Fresh3001 had spoken to at the Shosha âWater Pipeâ Manufactory in Newmarket, Auckland. Turkish rugs and silver hookah adorned the front room, which was clouded in smoke of all varieties. /u/Fresh3001 was taken to the back room to examine Bong Bazaarâs stock and catch up with its owners. The stockroom was filled with infinite strains of cannabis in glass jars, ranging in colour from green to brown to even purple. Boxes of bongs and associated utensils were stacked up against the back wall.
âWow, this certainly is an impressive amount of, uh, stock youâve got here! Must be doing great business. Yâknow, itâs great to catch up with you after all these years and see that youâve come so far, as young entrepreneurs!â
âThanks! Yes, we are - thereâs a good amount of demand and weâre soon planning expansion. We wouldnât have been able to do it without you and the Liberal Party though. It was your legalisation of cannabis and strong commercial rights to sell it which has allowed for this, in addition to the introduction of a small business tax!â
âNo problem, I love furthering the freedom of everyday New Zealanders and allowing for the economy to grow by way of encouraging entrepreneurs like yourself to invest! Now, Iâve got something else to talk about too. Shortly, weâll be getting the third and final reading of the Liberal Partyâs Misuse of Drugs (Select Hallucinogenic Substances) Amendment Bill. This will legalise a range of relatively harmless hallucinogenic drugs, and will open the market up to legal and regulated commercial sale! Are you potentially interested in expanding in that direction?â
âAbsolutely! Part of our expansion plans were banking on that very piece of legislation - weâre looking to open up another shop and hire a number of new employees! Weâre also a massive fan of your drug decriminalisation policy - I think itâs wrong to treat addicts as criminals and we should be doing more rehabilitation. As a matter of fact, thatâs similar to why we love your governmentâs prisoner rehabilitation bill! I think itâs great to give a second chance to non-violent criminals who didnât get a chance to have a proper education or qualification because of their socio-economic background.â
âWell, thatâs great to hear. That particular bill should have bipartisan support and I look forward to it coming into effect also. Now, in order to further these types of policies and support the government enacting them, you should vote for /u/Kingethan15 in this coming by-election.â
âAbsolutely - that was the plan! In fact, as far as Iâm aware most of our staff are Liberal supporters, with the exception of a couple of Greenies.â
âEven better to hear! Well, have a great business day and I hope you make a lot of money.â
