A'BULAE is an exciting new event space in downtown St. Paul. The Assistant Digital Coordinator will work alongside the Digital Coordinator in a high end event environment to coordinate digital decor media for clients with the goal of creating amazing events. You must be passionate about what you do, independent, with strong troubleshooting skills, all while maintaining superior client service and relations. This position is part client communication, part media management, part visual DJ'ing and part technical support. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys the event industry, has tasteful design sensibilities, able to perform well in public under pressure, interacts well with clients, is organized, understands the ebb & ?ow of events, comfortable with computers and various media formats (photos/video) and has strong technical troubleshooting skills and a working knowledge of current technologies.

Responsibilities Include:

Client Communication

Communicating with clients before and during the event for the superior service experience Media Management

Executing the "Day of" timeline for the content to be displayed throughout the day/evening.(Created by the Digital Coordinator)

Weekly downloading and uploading of media to our systems for "day of" deploymentSome photo or graphic manipulation

Media conversion as needed

• VJ - Function as the House VJ by mixing visual media (Digital Decor) on the in-house LCDs throughout the event, and also to Coordinate LED lighting -A/V Support - Be available onsite for event to resolve technical issues and facilitate the timing of media deployment Performs setup, installation, con?guration and deployment of media for events Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical "day of" issues. LCDs, LED Lighting, Media Management Software Other duties and developmental opportunities as assigned Must be able to work Nights and Weekends. This is a part time position.
