Anyone else lag obscenely in PvP or just me?

Pretty much the title. I find myself taking damage before and after making contact with my enemy and whatever I shoot them with just gets blown over. It makes me not want to even interact with this game mode. If it wasn't for the daily for the EXP, I wouldn't bother with it probably. I'm not too sure if people here experience the same thing or not, but from the idlers I come across from time to time on there, I can't say I blame them if PvP is always like this, assuming they idle for the sake of just getting it done already.
