No Level No Gear

Would you play a game like this? Personally leveling up and gearing up is one of my favorite things in an mmorpg. But imagine one where you start at max level, skill set customization at any time, and all loot drops are purely cosmetic. PvP would be basically a MOBA. Dungeons would realistically be the same. Have all the story and quests you want but they would be purely optional or just to gain title. What are your thoughts?
