Ever got so addicted to an mmorpg that you stopped caring about reality?
Post Body
Currently I am 26 years old and don't play mmorpgs as often as I use to. When I was 14, my friend introduced me to my first mmorpg. It was called conquer online. Being able to play with people all over the world in a never ending adventure appealed to me. He introduced me to this game in the summer. Being 14 and having a ton of free time was all i needed to devote my time to conquer. I played every moment I was awake. I quit after 3 months because of school. But I will never forget my first time. Before conquer, I was stressed out with school and by playing it I stopped caring. Escapism is a bad way to deal with problems, but it felt so good at the time. Can anyone relate?
