Pricing Model: F2P, B2P but it better be good. P2P is very unlikely.

Favorite Features: Good Crafting, lots of people/friendly community. Lots of Races/classes. Good amount of Skills. Presence of Holy Trinity. Lots of dungeons.

Eastern or Western: Preferably Western

Combat Type: Pure Hotkey or Pure Action. I don't really like GW2/hybrid type combat.

Preferred Perspective(eg FP, Over-the shoulder, isometric etc): 3rd person/over the shoulder.

Graphics Preference: Creamy WoW graphics > GW2 graphics.

EDIT:I'll make the (?) in the first part clearer. The one with (?) just mean I havn't really played them well enough to have good knowledge of the game. You can recommend them but you gotta back it up with some reasons as I havn't explored much of those games yet.
