Final edit :: The game has been found, FEZ was correct. Sad I never got to play the English release.
Hi, this may be a shot in the dark but I had a memory unlock moment where I just remembered an old mmo style pvp based game I use to play.
From what I remember, it was 3 teams ( red/blue/green ) all defending a crystal in their portion of the map, you had classes like warrior, mage, i think a ranger, and talent trees between them. It reminded me of final fantasy but wasnt quite like that? It felt like it was only around for 2~3 years, but it may be still. This would have been early 2005~2010 timeframe
Any help in finding it would be appreciated!
Edit:
From what I remember, the base area had a castle town. There was an item shop you could buy gear on. Also an auction house type interface.
The map was a hill filled meadow/forest area. Literally with a crystal to defend. I remember that the talent trees let you go healer or fire and something else for mage, never went into the ranger tree, and I believe the warrior had either tanking hp abilities to absorb damage or some sort of player taunt. Mage beat warriors, warriors beat rangers, rangers beat mage. It was pretty cut and dry but there were talent trees you could build to flip that dynamic.
