Hi I am a college student going to school in California. I have anxiety and ever since I got here I started smoking, and my anxiety is better and it helps with my depression too. I want to know how I can go about getting a card in Connecticut because that is where I am from. I was also wondering if I got a California one, would it let me get stuff in Connecticut.
