Hey guys, a quick rundown before the actual question for better understanding. I've been training Muay Thai for about two years, before that I was involved in amateur bodybuilding and that conditioning is still something I do five days a week. Recently I have shifted over to MMA, been involved in MMA for a few months now, striking, sparring, and have recently started with Jiu-Jitsu and Wrestling especially now that I have found a serious MMA gym in my area that is often packed with high level guys (always wanted to compete in MMA as well and am working my way up there). My question is: my body is definitely feeling it, soreness-wise. I wake up, weightlift for about two or three hours, and then I make the 45 minute drive and do JJ from 6 to 7, then do MMA from 7 to 9 and Fridays is an hour of wrestling. I'm really trying to go three days a week (JJ and MMA) plus wrestling on Fridays or should I go twice a week plus Fridays for wrestling. How do you guys structure your schedules? Am I pushing my body too hard or is this just something that I'll become accustomed to over time? I appreciate the responses.
