Which fighters that fought each other are surprising/not well known?

For instance, for newer fans they might be surprised Mcgregor fought Holloway, Connor even won.
I had no idea Forrest Griffin fought Chanel Sonnen either! Imagine that fight with todays social media, lot of fun.
Please let me know what fights you are surprised to find out happened! Bonus points if you are old like myself and actually saw some of these. I hope this is enough words, I look forward to reading 🙂.
