The UFC has shown it will move heaven and earth for Jon Jones. He got stripped of the title for a hit and run. Got stripped of an interim title for a failed drug test. Got stripped of another title for another failed drug test. The UFC literally moved an entire event with six days notice because Jones couldn't get licensed in the original state.
All that to say, Jones ducking Aspinall and being enabled by the UFC to do so would be the least surprising result.
