Hey I want to take this opportunity to talk about domestic Discipline and how I employ it in MLRelationships.

For those that don't know Domestic Discipline is physical punishment in the for of spanking but can take other none physical forms.

Firstly I would like to qualify my statements by stating that this is not the only way punishments can work. I will also be referencing "my woman" through out this post that simply relates to a hypothetical woman in such a relationship.

So prior to even getting to the punishment stage the idea of Domestic Discipline needs to be discussed between both parties. Once it is agreed upon that punishments with be used you then need to discuss what is a punishable offence and what is a suitable punishment for said offence. This way everything is agreed upon and organised. So there is nothing that is left to interpretation.

So let's talk about what can be a punishable offence. Basically anything, as long as both parties have agreed upon it the woman using the word "purple" could be a punishable offence. Ofcourse this is a extreme and silly example but illustrates my point.

More reasonable and common grounds - Showing the man disrespect (Ofcourse this will need to discussed further to define what qualifies as disrespect) for me I expect my Woman to address me as "Sir" in private.

• failing to follow direction. Aka, do as you are told with out complaint. (With in the agreed upon limits of the dynamic)

• lying - self explanatory

These are general ones but we can be specific as well.

• If my woman is home when I arrive home she is expected to stop what she is doing and great me in a manner I have predetermined, one day I may want her fully clothed. The next I want her Naked and ready to serve me.

What is important is that you both agree upon what is punishable.

The next is defined and agreeing on a suitable punishment. Not all offences are equal and so not all punishments should be equal. As stated above, spanking are a common and effective punishment. But even here there is flexibility in how it is used from number of spanks to the implement used; hand, belt, cane etc.

It is important to note here that it maybe a bad idea it mix business and pleasure. During sex i enjoy spanking my woman as a bit of fun that we both enjoy. As such i used my hand and certain implements for fun where as I use a belt exclusively for punishments.

Another form of punishment is "loss of privileges". Again for my woman orgasms are privileges, given as rewards for good behaviour. Another privilege could be screen time. A more extreme example could be food. I am not suggesting that you starve them but rather give them an extremely basic food like rice and beans for her period of punishment, while you still eat the nice food that she is still expected to cook for you.

Again it is up to the two of you to decide what will be used as a punishment and what will be counted as a privilege rather than a right etc.

So punishment. Depends on the offence i may offer a warning. Eg. She fails to address me as "Sir" I will pull her up on this and warn her to show me proper respect and that "the next time she fails to do so she will be punished"

But lets use a more extreme example. Lets say she is caught in a lie. This is a serious offence in my books. Relationships are built on trust. Therefore lying is detrimental to the relationship. I would immediately inform her that she is in trouble and why and send you to kneel in the corner to think about her actions. After a while I would call her over and have a discussion about the offence and why she lied and why she must be punished for it. Once we both agreed she will strip herself naked. Bend over and i will administer 10 hard spanks with a belt across her ass.

After i was finished I would immediately start after care and verbally tell her she was forgiven
